🇦🇬Antigua and Barbuda Visa for Ethiopian Citizens2026 Requirements, Fees & Documents

Ethiopian passport holders can apply online for a Antigua and Barbuda e-Visa before travel. Unlike an eTA, this is an actual visa — just issued digitally — so no embassy visit is needed for eligible short-term visits. Eligibility and covered purposes vary, so check the conditions below.

All visa applications processed online via the official eVisa portal at https://evisa.immigration.gov.ag/agEvisa-app/. The system allows applicants to apply online; an approval or denial letter is sent once processed. Processing time approximately 5 working days. A soft or hard copy of the eVisa should be carried. Immigration officers at ports of entry reserve the right to deny entry even to eVisa holders.

Employer-driven: the prospective employer must complete the Second Schedule of the application, evidence that the post was advertised locally, and show that no qualified citizen is available. A work-permit holder remains a 'bona fide visitor' with no right of abode and cannot automatically bring dependants. As of a February 2026 Cabinet policy, approvals are centralised with a mandatory 14-day local advertising period and a stated 21-day target processing time.
