Must be used within 60 days of issuance. Maximum stay of 1 year (365 days), renewable for equal periods until studies conclude. Multiple entries permitted. Granted to foreign investor citizens, their representatives or attorneys of investing companies, to enter and stay in Angola to implement and manage investment projects registered under Angola's Private Investment Law (Law No. 10/21 of 22 April 2021).

The 'investor visa' is legally the Visto Privilegiado under Law No. 13/19 of 23 May (Legal System of Foreign Citizens). Must be used within 60 days of issuance; multiple entries; stay of up to 2 years (730 days), renewable for equal periods (extension processed in 5 working days). Processing up to 30 business days. Requires: passport (original + copy), two 4x5cm photos, proof from the National Private Investment Agency (AIPEX) on project implementation, and the Certificate of Private Investment Registration (CRIP).
