Bangladeshi passport holders can get a visa on arrival for Rwanda (up to 30 days), so no visa is needed before travelling.

From 1 January 2018, nationals of all countries can obtain a visa on arrival at Kigali International Airport and all land borders without prior application. Fee: USD 50 for single entry (30 days). Multiple entry: USD 70 (90 days). Applicants also have the option to apply online via irembo.gov.rw before departure.
