The signature of the guarantor should be notarized in the presence of two witnesses in the Dominican Republic and legalized in the Office of the Prosecutor General of the Dominican Republic.It is signed by a citizen of the Dominican Republic or a citizen legally residing in the territory of the Dominican Republic, who indicates ties with the applicant, and who becomes his guarantor. The guarantor bears economic responsibility and assumes the costs of the applicant's deportation if the applicant violates the law. - For non-residents: residence permit (Submitted along with its translation in Spanish). - Passport copy & copies of valid visas pages.
