Short Stay Visa (PDF checklist ↗) Dear applicants, please note that you can submit your documents in person or by representative; the power of attorney has to be certified by a notary or fill the form (PDF checklist ↗). Required documents for short-term visa to Norway Visa Application Form. The applicant can register the visa application online on the Application Portal selfservice.udi.no ↗ (selfservice.udi.no ↗) Please note that in case if 2 or more applicants are applying for a visa to Norway with the same purpose of travel and dates of travel it is required to register as a group. After the completion of online visa application form on the portal and payment of the visa fee it is requested to print out the Cover letter and sign it, the receipt that the visa fee was paid has to be printed as well. Signed cover letter received by email after registering application on Application Portal Travel Document Travel document should be valid for at least 3 months after the intended date of (last) departure from the Schengen area, containing at least 2 blank pages and issued within the previous ten years. Photograph 1 photograph in line with ICAO (PDF checklist ↗) guidelines. If you have no opportunity to take photo in advance you can take photo in our Visa Centre. Travel Medical Insurance Travel medical insurance must cover the entire period of intended stay, be valid for all Schengen States and cover any expenses which might arise in connection with repatriation for medical reasons, urgency medical attention, emergency hospital treatment or death during the stay. The minimum coverage must be €30 000. You can make an insurance in our VAC. Copy of the internal passport Pages concerning the applicant’s biodata, his/her marital status and registration in Belarus. In general it is sufficient for the applicant to provide copies of original documentation. Additional documentation may be required Note for MINORS TRAVELING ALONE: Minors travelling alone will have to present a notarized consent(s) of the absent custodian(s). If only one parent is signing the visa application form one of the following documents will have to be submitted. - The notarized consent or power of attorney of the absent parent or, - a court degree vesting custody exclusively in the parent who is signing the application or, - a certificate of death of the other parent is required to be submitted. The same applies in cases where custody is vested in one or several persons other than the parents. Copy of valid Schengen visa of the parent(s) travelling with the child must be presented.

Please be aware that there should be at least two free pages marked “ВІЗИ / VISAS”. - One copy of all pages of the domestic passport for Russian citizens. - Standardized employment contract. The contract submitted must be the original, be stamped and signed by one of the two approved organizations, and signed by yourself and your employer. - A written guarantee from the same organization, ensuring board, lodging and travel home, plus a minimum wage. A description of the length of the work, and the type of work you will be given at the farm/market garden.
