Bilateral mutual visa exemption agreement for ordinary passport holders entered into force January 30, 2025. Allows up to 30 days per entry with a total stay not exceeding 90 days within any 12-month period. Belarus was previously covered under Resolution 128/NQ-CP (August 14, 2023) for 45-day unilateral visa-free entry, but that resolution expired March 15, 2025 (Article 3 of Resolution 44/NQ-CP). Belarus was NOT included in Resolution 44/NQ-CP (the new 12-country list). The bilateral agreement (30 days) is now the sole operative instrument for ordinary passport holders.
