Allows the spouse, children or other dependants accompanying a principal Permit to Enter and Reside holder to enter and reside in Tuvalu for the duration of the principal permit holder's stay.
Issued under Regulation 3(1)(g) of Immigration Regulations CAP 24.15.1 (2022 Revised Edition) to a person entering Tuvalu 'for the purpose of accompanying a person entering Tuvalu under this subsection' โ i.e. the spouse and children of a principal business, employment, study or research permit holder. No standalone fee is prescribed in Regulation 7; accompanying persons are charged as 'dependents' of the principal applicant (AUD $50 to $300 each, depending on the principal's purpose category and whether the application is lodged inside or outside Tuvalu). The permit is tied to, and cancelled with, the principal holder's permit. Any accompanying person aged over 16 who intends to reside for 12 months or more must complete a medical examination (Form 7) and radiological examination (Form 8) per Regulation 4(2).
