🇧🇾Belarus Visa for Bolivian Citizens2026 Requirements, Fees & Documents
Bolivian passport holders can apply online for a Belarus e-Visa before travel. Unlike an eTA, this is an actual visa — just issued digitally — so no embassy visit is needed for eligible short-term visits. Eligibility and covered purposes vary, so check the conditions below.
Eligible for the Belarus single-entry e-visa (up to 30 days; applied online at e-pasluga.by, service code 3.04.01; processed within 7 calendar days). Bolivia appears on the official e-pasluga.by list of states whose citizens can obtain an e-visa. Not on the airport visa-free list and no bilateral visa-free agreement, so the e-visa is the applicable entry route.
