Citizens of EU member states and Schengen-associated countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland) holding ordinary passports are admitted visa-free for up to 90 days in any 180-day period for non-employment purposes, under the EU-SVG Short-Stay Visa Waiver Agreement (signed 28 May 2015, in force 1 May 2023).
