Under the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Russian Federation on mutual recognition of visas (entered into force January 11, 2025), foreign citizens and stateless persons holding a valid Russian visa may enter, stay in, and transit through Belarus without a separate Belarusian visa, provided they hold an identity document recognized by both states.
