Effective 16 January 2026, Chinese nationals may enter visa-free for up to 14 days (non-extendible, non-convertible) for tourism/business. Entry only through Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Manila) or Mactan-Cebu International Airport. Transit requires a separate Philippine transit visa. Mainland Chinese holding valid Australian, Japanese, Canadian, Schengen or US visa may enter for 7 days (extendable by 14 days, maximum 21 days) under FSC No. 112-11. MECO ETA holders: 30 days.
