Azerbaijan Visa for Egyptian Citizens

- Visa application form (filled out through the visa application portal – www.visaapplication.mfa.gov.az (https://www.visaapplication.mfa.gov.az/) ). - Passport or other travel document (a validity period of a passport or other travel document should exceed a validity period of an expected visa at least by 8 to 10 months) and copies of their main pages. - Two color photographs (3x4cm) matching with biometric identification requirements. - A copy of medical insurance certificate. - Document certifying payment of a state fee. - A notarial authenticated invitation letter from the inviting party (on the bases of a verbal note addressed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, extended to the family members or relatives of the personnel of the Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt in the Republic of Azerbaijan); or legalized from ASAN XIDMAT. - A copy of the identity document of the inviting person. - A copy of the document validating the degree of kinship when the invited party is a family member of the inviting party - a citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan, a foreigner or stateless person permanently residing in the Republic of Azerbaijan, labor migrant, foreigner or stateless person who studies in the Republic of Azerbaijan with the temporary residence permit. - A notarized copy of a birth certificate, a permission of parents or a legitimate representative and copies of identification documents are required for issuance of visa to foreigners and stateless persons under 18 holders of a passport travelling without attendance of his/her parent or a legitimate representative. - For foreigner applicants must have a residence for at least 6 months in Egypt. - Important notice: this visa type is for a first degree relative only.
