For minors, a parent’s bank statement. - First time Applicants: Movement certificate translated into English. - Invitation letter Official invitation from the inviting company (on official company paper, stamped and signed) containing the following information: - The full address and contacts of the company; - Nature of the business; - Name and position of the countersigning officer; - Purpose and duration of the visit - Person or entity who will bear the travel and living costs - Whether the sponsor gives financial guarantee for the visa applicant’s return to Egypt. - Invitation letters can be sent to the Embassy of Estonia’s e-mail address (embassy.cairo@mfa.ee) in a digitally signed format – must be an .asice file and no other type of file.! - Proof of the applicant’s family ties and marital status in Egypt through a copy of the family register entry “Kaid Aely or Kaid Fardy for singles” ( for the first time traveler to Schengen area only ) and it is not required from spouses/family members of Estonian citizens. - Language of Documents: All documents must be in English, and accompanied by an official translation.
