• Proof of accomplishing investments in the national economy and/or quality proof of the shareholder or the person in charge of managing and administering companies in the Republic of Moldova;
• Criminal record from the country of origin, translated into Romanian or English and legalized or apostilled, as the case may be;

• Application Form
• Approval (visa, residence permit) to enter the territory of a third country (except foreigners who do not need a visa for that state);
• Air ticket for the destination country

• Confirmation of approval to studies from the educational institution;
• Notarized Consent of parents or guardian regarding the stay for studies in Moldova if the foreigner is a minor.
• Criminal record from the country of origin, translated into Romanian or English and legalized or apostilled, except minors under 16 years, as the case may be;
• Proof of real means of payment for studies and proof of means of subsistence in the amount established (a personal bank statement, bank letter, or bank certificate must be submitted, issued no earlier than 10 days before the date of document submission at the Embassy of Moldova, demonstrating financial coverage of at least EUR 30 per day of stay), except for foreign scholars of the Republic of Moldova (in the latter case, proof of holding a scholarship in Moldova) and those participating in student exchange programs;

• The decision regarding the granting of the right of temporary residence for work purposes:
• Criminal record from the country of origin, translated into Romanian or English and legalized or apostilled, as applicable;
• Proof of Means of Subsistence
• A personal bank statement, bank letter, or bank certificate of the applicant, confirming the availability of sufficient financial means amounting to at least EUR 30 per day of stay. The bank document must be issued no earlier than 10 days prior to the date of submission at the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova.
• A Commitment of Maintenance and Accommodation (Accommodation Letter) duly completed and signed by a company registered in the Republic of Moldova (downloadable form (PDF checklist ↗)), accompanied by the company’s bank statement, bank letter, or bank certificate. The bank document must be issued no earlier than 10 days prior to the date of submission at the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova and must confirm the availability of sufficient funds of at least EUR 30 per day of stay.

This requirement may be fulfilled by providing one of the following:

If a group of applicants submits the same company’s bank statement, the document must confirm the availability of sufficient funds to cover at least EUR 30 per day of stay for each applicant included in the group.

Furthermore, please be advised that a Commitment of Maintenance and Accommodation signed by a company is not considered valid unless it is accompanied by the corresponding bank statement of the company.

Other documents, such as the employment contract, etc., are not mandatory but may be submitted as supplementary documents.

• Copy of the excerpt from the State Register of legal entities of the institution or organization that invites the person, as the case may be;
• The decision on the granting of the right of temporary residence for work purposes as a manager or specialist in the field of information technology;
• Criminal record from the country of origin, translated into Romanian or English and legalized or apostilled, as the case may be;
