A récent mat, colour photo 35mm x 45mm; - The invitation issued by the General Inspectorate for Migration, if required (mfa.gov.md ↗), or the residence permit or valid visa (except a transit visa) issued by a member state of the European Union or by a state part to the Schengen Agreement, by the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, by the United States of America or by Canada; (must be valid at the time of submission at Embassy of Moldova) - Acceptance of the competent authority for foreigners on meeting the conditions provided by law on family reunion (issued by General Inspectorate for Migration); - Proof of family ties, (marriage certificate, birth certificate); - Criminal record from the country of origin, translated into Romanian or English and legalized or apostilled, except minors under 16 years, as the case may be; - Travel medical insurance valid throughout the territory of the Republic of Moldova, which fully covers the expected period of stay and all expenses that repatriation for medical reasons, emergency medical treatments and/or emergency hospitalization or death may require, but not less than 30,000 euros Note: Color Photocopies of all the original Indian documents and documents received from Moldova (Passport, previous visas, PCC, Invitation, Contract etc..) needs to be submitted along with the application.

The bank document must be issued no earlier than 10 days prior to the date of submission at the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova. - A Commitment of Maintenance and Accommodation (Accommodation Letter) duly completed and signed by a company registered in the Republic of Moldova (downloadable form (PDF checklist ↗)), accompanied by the company’s bank statement, bank letter, or bank certificate. The bank document must be issued no earlier than 10 days prior to the date of submission at the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova and must confirm the availability of sufficient funds of at least EUR 30 per day of stay. If a group of applicants submits the same company’s bank statement, the document must confirm the availability of sufficient funds to cover at least EUR 30 per day of stay for each applicant included in the group.
