If you have not purchased, please click here - For Austria - For Malta - For Slovenia - For Spouses of EU/EEA citizens (EEA: Norway, Iceland, Lichtenstein) For Austria AUSTRIAN EMBASSY Jakarta Schengen tourist visa Documents provided by the applicant - Visa application form, completed and signed (both parents need to sign on minor’s visa application form) with 2 attached recent photos (photo must be: 35 mm wide, 45 mm high, photo must be well contrasted person, must look straight into the camera, head must be straight, not tilted, mouth closed, head must take up 2/3 of the photo, but must not exceed 36 mm in height, eyes must be in the upper middle of the photo, eye color must be clearly recognizable, distance between the two pupils must be between 8 and 10 mm, white background please). - Current, valid passport (the passport must be valid 3 months longer than the expiry date of the visa). - Photocopy of the first and end page of the passport and Schengen Visa, UK Visa, US Visa (if available) - Individual tourists: - Flight reservation, (ticket has to be presented to the Embassy upon request only). Please bear in mind Austria must be the main destination. You do not need to buy the ticket to apply for the visa: a reservation is accepted. However, you will be requested to submit the actual ticket before the visa is actually issued, in case the visa is approved. If the trip includes several destinations, proof of transport must also be submitted (Flight reservation must be issued by Airline with airline logo in headline). - Hotel reservations in the Schengen member states ( Must be mentioned hotel address and all guests names in English or German only) and provide confirmation letter from each hotel in Schengen Area. - Travel plan (tour program from travel agency or a letter by applicant stating all cities and countries to be visited and the length of stay), for Group Applications (Group Tour or Incentive Tour) need to add Master Documents consist sponsor letter from Travel Agency, name list of group tour member, itinerary, flight booking, hotel reservation in all Schengen Area and travel insurance with name list and table benefit. - Original Personal bank account statements must cover the last 3 months and need to be under the applicant’s name. Families travelling together also need to submit bank statements for the last 3 months of every travelling family member who has a bank account, except minors (under 18 years old). In addition, if applicant’s expenses are covered by a family member or company, the respective sponsor’s last 3 months bank statements, financial sponsorship letter and photocopy of sponsor’s ID Card must be submitted with each application. Original Bank account statement must be legalized by Bank. - Original Letter from employer or Work certificate and copy of SIUP or TDP (in case of business owner: company registration) OR Student certificate (School Letter), in case of your status is student or college student, Copy of Doctor Certification (Surat Ijin Praktek or Ikatan Dokter Indonesia card) in case medical doctor, Work or student certificate presented have to be translated into English or German) And Original Pay Slip for the last 3 months. - Travel insurance (minimum coverage 30,000 €; policy must be issued by an accredited insurance company) and should cover Covid. In case of a private invitation, if the applicant has not enough own financial means: electronic guarantee letter, which can be applied for at the local police station, where the sponsor is residing. Visa “D” (“Studium”) between 91 and 180 days. Visa in both categories cannot be extended or renewed in Austria. If applicant intends to stay longer than 6 (six) months, Residence Permit (“Aufenthaltstitel”) shall be applied for. The Embassy reserves the right to ask for additional documents.
