🇦🇿Azerbaijan Visa for Iraqi Citizens2026 Requirements, Fees & Documents

- Visa application form (filled out through the visa application portal – www.visaapplication.mfa.gov.az (visaapplication.mfa.gov.az ↗) ); - Passport or other travel document (a validity period of a passport or other travel document should exceed a validity period of an expected visa at least by 3 months) and copies of their main pages (page with biometric photo); - Two color photographs (3x4cm) matching with biometric identification requirements; - A copy of medical insurance certificate; - Document certifying payment of a state fee; - Document confirming the applicant’s essential financial means for the visa application (in accordance with the duration, purpose and planned activities during the trip); - Tourism voucher or travel itinerary, a passenger ticket, along with a document confirming accommodation arrangements in hotels, campsites, tourist bases or similar establishments; - A certified copy of documents validating the degree of kinship when travelling with family members; - A notarized copy of a birth certificate, a permission of parents or a legitimate representative and copies of identification documents are required for issuance of visa to foreigners and stateless persons under 18 holders of a passport travelling without his/her parent or a legitimate representative.
