If applicant is holding dual nationality, copy of profile page of both passports. - National address printout - To and fro confirmed tickets - Invitation letter from sponsor to attend the conference/ seminar - Political and Security clearance of the event issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India - Applicable Visa Fee

- A letter of invitation from business establishment in India - Registration certificate of Indian firm/company (certificate of incorporation) - Registration letter of Iraqi company (from local chamber of commerce) - Proof of financial standing (latest Bank Statement) - Duly completed Online Application Form indianvisaonline.gov.in ↗ (indianvisaonline.gov.in ↗) - Original Passport (valid for a minimum period of six months at the time of submission of visa application with two blank pages) - Copy of Passport - Two recent Passport size photographs - Applicable Visa Fee - National Identity card of the applicant (proof of residence)

If applicant is holding dual nationality, copy of profile page of both passports. - Applicable Visa fee - All applications of Pakistan nationals and Pakistan Origin are accepted after prior approval from the Embassy. - Pakistan nationals are issued visas to see their close blood relatives, Medical treatment and business purposes. - Pakistan nationals visiting close relatives, for business, and Medical Visa, same conditions as in the case of other nationals (but visa applied on Pakistani Visa form in quadruplet) have to submit 4 visa applications - Affidavit from close relative in India. - SPONSORSHIP CERTIFICATE is required for Visitor Visa by Pakistani Nationals - ADDITIONAL FORM to be submitted by Pakistani Nationals and Persons of Pakistani origin

Non Iraqi passport holders need to provide a copy of their recent Iraq visa/visa extension page. - Proof of availability of funds/bank statement for the duration of stay in India. - To and fro confirmed tickets - Applicants who are not resident in Iraq are required to fill in the PERSONAL PARTICULARS FORM available at the end of these instructions in addition to the Visa application form. - Offer of appointment from the applicant’s company clearly mentioning the profile of the company and complete details of the profile & passport of the applicant. - Letter from Indian Company stating why they are unable to recruit the post from India. - Copies of documents relating to company's incorporation in India - Recommendation from Iraqi company in case of transfer/secondment. - Resume/C.V showing qualification and work experience of the applicant. Employment Visa holders are required to register with the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer (FRRO) within 14 days of arrival in India. Entry Visa may be issued to the applicant's dependent family members on production of proof of their relationship (i.e. marriage certificate in case of spouse and birth certificate in case ofchildren).
