Owner’s property visa:

• A photocopy of the first page of international passport and a photocopy of the latest Bulgarian and Schengen visas if any.
• Travel health insurance to cover the possible expenses related to repatriation, for health reasons, urgent medical assistance and/or urgent hospitalization, with the minimum coverage of EUR 30 000. The insurance must be valid for the territory of Schengen area or WorldWide.
• Invitation letter as per the approved Format from a Bulgarian individual or foreign nationals with Bulgarian legal residency (original and copy); stamped by the Bulgarian Immigration authorities. Proof of relationship (for close relatives, if applying for a multiple visa); i.e. Birth certificate or marriage certificates ONLY
• Employee letter on official letterhead with stamp, address, phone number, position and salary of person travelling. Sponsoring company clearly mentioning the duration and purpose of the trip;
• Proof of the availability of necessary financial resources: bank statement (with the calculation of 60 euros for one day), bank statement (for the last 3 months).
• Invitation letter from a Bulgarian individual (original and copy);
• Notarial deed of purchase of real estate (legible photocopy - seals and signatures must be clearly visible) and notarized consent for residence from the property owner or
• If the notarial deed states that the property is under construction (Acts 14/15), then in order to obtain a visa it is necessary to present Act 16 for commissioning of the property (original + photocopy), or a document confirming advance payment of a booking in tourist accommodation facilities, or a declaration of invitation from a Bulgarian individual or legal entity, by which the inviting party undertakes to cover all expenses for the period of stay in Bulgaria;
• Means of transportation and intention to return to the country of residence: reservation of return travel ticket for airplane, but, If the person is travelling to a third country, then proof of itinerary (travel ticket, etc.).

Copy of the identity document of the inviting person.

Proof of relationship (for close relatives, if applying for a multiple-entry visa);

Proof of accommodation during the stay in Bulgaria:

Means of transport and intention to return to the country of residence:

Reservation of a return ticket by plane or bus; if the person is traveling to a third country, then confirmation of the route (travel ticket, etc.).

If the client owns real estate in the Republic of Bulgaria:

Property owners, their spouse, and children under 18 years old (other individuals who provide a Notarial Deed may also obtain a single-entry visa). For this, a notarized power of attorney is required, allowing them to reside in the property for the necessary period.

Original and copy of the Notarial Deed.

Documents confirming that taxes and fees for the previous year have been paid (if applying for a multiple-entry visa); Certificate of commissioning (Act 16) or Act 15, if it is clearly stated in the Notarial Deed that the property is under construction.

• A photocopy of the first page of international passport and a photocopy of the latest Bulgarian and Schengen visas if any.
• Travel health insurance to cover the possible expenses related to repatriation, for health reasons, urgent medical assistance and/or urgent hospitalization, with the minimum coverage of EUR 30 000. The insurance must be valid for the territory of Schengen area or WorldWide.
• Proof of residence for nationals other than Kazakhstan: a photocopy of the stay permit; Citizens of Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, and Tajikistan don’t need be a residence of Kazakhstan for submitting documents for visa (they do not have a Consulate).
• Employee letter on official letterhead with stamp, address, phone number, position and salary of person travelling. Sponsoring company clearly mentioning the duration and purpose of the trip;
• The hotel voucher or booking confirmation must be on the hotel’s official letterhead with signature and stamp, indicating the details of each traveler, length of stay, and a description of the hotel (phone number, address, contact person). Reservations from booking.com (booking.com ↗) are not accepted.
• Means of transportation and intention to return to the country of residence: reservation of return travel ticket for airplane, but, If the person is travelling to a third country, then proof of itinerary (travel ticket, etc.).

Proof of sufficient financial means: a bank certificate (calculated at 60 euros per day), and a bank statement (for the last 3 months).

For individual entrepreneurs: copies of the certificate of registration as an individual entrepreneur and the taxpayer identification number.

If the trip is paid for by a close relative (mother/father, brother/sister, son/daughter): a guarantee letter + employment certificate + bank certificate + copy of passport and a document confirming the relationship.

If the sponsor is a third party, all the same documents plus a guarantee letter certified by a notary.

It is also necessary to confirm full payment for the hotel accommodation: either a bank statement showing the payment or a fiscal receipt.

• A photocopy of the first page of his international passport and a photocopy of the latest Bulgarian and Schengen visas.
• Travel health insurance to cover the possible expenses related to repatriation, for health reasons, urgent medical assistance and/or urgent hospitalization, with the minimum coverage of EUR 30 000. The insurance must be valid for the territory of Schengen area or WorlWide.
• Proof of residence for nationals other than Kazakhstan: a photocopy of the stay permit; Citizens of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan don’t need be a residence of Kazakhstan for submitting documents for visa (they do not have an Embassy).
• A certificate from the place of employment on official letterhead with a stamp, address, phone number, position, and salary of the traveler. If all expenses are covered by the employer, a business travel letter indicating the purpose and duration of the trip must be provided.
• Invitation letter in the standard format from Bulgarian legal entity (Pokana Deklaratsiya) foreign representative office in the standard format (copy) stamped by the Bulgarian Immigration authorities.
• Recommendation letter given by Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce, which proves that they have joint business activity or notarized copy of the contract between the 2 companies, proving long term business partnership and the intentions connected with the forthcoming trips, if applying for multiple entry visa.
• Means of transportation and intention to return to the country of residence: reservation of return travel ticket for airplane and by bus, If the person is travelling to a third country, then proof of itinerary (travel ticket, etc.).
• A copy of the child's birth certificate;
• The original and copy of a notarized power of attorney from both parents / guardians or one of the parents / guardians that they give their consent to the child to go abroad. In case they do not accompany a minor child. If one of the parents is not responsible for the child, a certificate (copy) of the deprivation of parental rights from the court must be provided. Also, if one of the parents is registered in the birth certificate in the words of the father / mother, it is necessary to provide the necessary documents confirming this.

Citizens of Russian Federation must obtain relevant temporaty residence permit or residence permit card than must be valid 3 months upon returning to Kazakhstan.

For individual entrepreneurs: copies of the certificate of registration as an individual entrepreneur and the taxpayer identification number.

If the host party does not provide accommodation (this must be stated in the Invitation Letter), additional documents confirming accommodation are required (a Booking.com reservation is not accepted).

The voucher or reservation must be on the hotel’s official letterhead with signature and stamp, listing each traveler, length of stay, and a description of the hotel (phone number, address, and contact person at the hotel).

For minor children traveling without parents or guardians:

• A photocopy of the first page of his international passport and a photocopy of the latest Bulgarian and Schengen visas.
• Travel health insurance to cover the possible expenses related to repatriation, for health reasons, urgent medical assistance and/or urgent hospitalization, with the minimum coverage of EUR 30 000. The insurance must be valid for the territory of Schengen area or World Wide.
• Airplane tickets (photocopy) or documents for the car (copy of registration certificate, copy of driver’s license, copy of green card, route in free form). Travel route by car. If necessary (if the applicant is not the owner) - a notarized power of attorney to drive the car;
• Evidence of sufficient funds for the trip - documents (photocopy of a bank certificate) confirming the availability of sufficient funds to cover daily expenses, which must be at least 50 euros for each day for a visa application or an equivalent amount in another freely convertible currency, but not less than 500 euros or an equivalent amount in another freely convertible currency.
• Certificate from the place of employment on company letterhead with the seal of the organization, indicating the address, work telephone number, position and salary of the applicant, and the signature of the responsible person. Pensioners provide a copy of their pension certificate. For individual entrepreneurs: copies of the individual entrepreneur registration certificate and taxpayer registration number.
• Photocopy of the visa of the destination (country) and:
• If the applicant is allowed a visa-free regime, it is necessary to provide documents confirming the purpose of the trip (invitation, hotel reservation, real estate documents, etc.);
• For drivers - you must provide a letter from the Association of International Road Carriers (ASMAP) and a letter of recommendation from the employer.

• Employee letter on official letterhead with stamp, address, phone number, position and salary of person travelling.

• Voucher or hotel booking. Each tourist, period of stay, hotel details (phone number, address, and contact person) has to be mentioned in confirmation.
• Means of transportation and intention to return to the country of residence: reservation of return travel ticket for airplane, but, If the person is travelling to a third country, then proof of itinerary (travel ticket, etc.).
• a copy of the child’s birth certificate;
• an original and a photocopy of a notarized power of attorney by both parents/guardians or by one parent/guardian stating that they give their permission for the child to travel abroad in case they do not accompany the underage child.

In case all expenses are covered by the employer, it is necessary to provide a business trip letter indicating the purpose and duration of the applicant’s trip.

If the trip is paid for by a close relative (mother/father, brother/sister, son/daughter): a guarantee letter + employment certificate + bank certificate + copy of passport and a document confirming the relationship.

If the sponsor is a third party, all the same documents plus a guarantee letter certified by a notary.

These documents are required for children in addition to the all the above stated document (Specific & Mandatory)

For underage children travelling without their parents or guardians:

If one of the parents is not responsible for the child, a certificate (copy) of the deprivation of parental rights from the court must be provided. Also, if one of the parents is registered in the birth certificate in the words of the father / mother, it is necessary to provide the necessary documents confirming this.

• A filled in visa application (all columns need to be filled in with blue ink). The application shall be filled in completely and legibly in block letters. Names shall mandatorily be spelled in Latin letters (as spelled in the international passport). The rest of the information shall be completed in Russian and English. The application shall be signed by the Customer in person; In the form of minors children, BOTH parents must be subscribe their sign. If there is a signature from only one parent, they must provide a notarized power of attorney for the right to sign and submit.
• A photocopy of the first page of his international passport and a photocopy of the latest Bulgarian and Schengen visas.

• Invitation- Declaration in the prescribed format (photocopy) from the host employer, registered with the “Employment Agency” under the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of the Republic of Bulgaria. The declaration must include the following information: applicant’s full name, place of work, position, duration of the contract, employer’s address, contact details, signature and stamp of the employer. The Invitation-Declaration is valid for 6 months from the date of certification.

• A photocopy of the first page of international passport and a photocopy of the latest Bulgarian and Schengen visas if any.
• Travel health insurance to cover the possible expenses related to repatriation, for health reasons, urgent medical assistance and/or urgent hospitalization, with the minimum coverage of EUR 30 000. The insurance must be valid for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria during the entire stay in Bulgaria.
• Proof of residence for nationals other than Kazakhstan: a photocopy of the stay permit; Citizens of Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, and Tajikistan don’t need be a residence of Kazakhstan for submitting documents for visa (they do not have a Consulate).
• Employee letter on official letterhead with stamp, address, phone number, position and salary of person travelling.
• Invitation letter with signature and stamp Travel order from the relevant Employer authorizing the trip.
• Means of transportation and intention to return to the country of residence: reservation of return travel ticket for airplane, but, If the person is travelling to a third country, then proof of itinerary (travel ticket, etc.).

In case all expenses are covered by the employer, it is necessary to provide a business trip letter indicating the purpose and duration of the applicant’s trip.
