Minor (under the age 18 travelling alone or with one parent/legal guardian) Written consent of both guardians/parents and copies of their passports Single parent must prove sole guardianship Parent's income; work contract, bank statement for the last 3 months If accompanied by other adult – copy of a passport and visa of that person - Guarantee form from the inviting part in Norway(not older than 3 months). MUST BE ORIGINAL signed and stamped by the police in Norway specifying the dates and duration of the trip specifying the relation between the applicant and the host person For travelers to Denmark guarantee form VU2, not older than 3 months Invitation letter for travelers to Norway as well to Denmark and Iceland (not older than 3 months) dated and signed by the host specifying the purpose and duration of the trip including details of the inviting and invited person mentioning if the guest is a friend/spouse/relative copy of the inviters passport and valid residence permit (for not Norwegian citizens) are required For travelers to Iceland -Invitation letters need to be notarized in Iceland

Applicants must submit the documents as per the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (UDI) student checklist (udi.no ↗) Applicants must also submit the documents listed here (udi.no ↗). Please be advised that it is a requirement that all documents are submitted in original in A4 format. Any government issued documents that you provide originals for (birth certificates etc) must be accompanied by a copy. Any documents not in A4 size need to be copied into A4. We stress the importance of submitting all the relevant documents. Missing documents may lead to a rejection or longer processing time. If you for any reason are not able to submit any of the documents, please write a short statement explaining this.
