For new passports, the old passport is also required. Passport should be valid for at least six (6) months from the date of visa issuance. - Two colored passport-size photos of good quality (white background)in compliance with ICAO standards. - Visa application form completed in English and signed (name should be written as in passport). - Copy of Kuwait Residence Permit (for Non-Kuwaiti) / civil ID copy (for GCC citizens) Kuwait residency should be valid for at least six (6) months (for non-Kuwaiti and GCC citizens). - International medical travel insurance for the duration of the trip covered not less than 30,000 Euros. - Copy of return airline/flight ticket and confirmed hotel voucher. Note: If travelling to other Schengen areas/countries, flight and hotel vouchers for all destinations must be submitted. Applicant may be asked to submit the proof of payment. - Original and 1 copy of the marriage certificate The certificates provided must be issued from Greece (in case of Greek citizen’s family members) OR from the relevant EEA/EU member state (in case of EEA/EU citizen’s family member). In the last case, if they are not in English, they must be translated in English with a copy of the original document attached. - Original or certified copy of passport of the EU/EAA citizen . - Support letter from the EU/EAA citizen .

Stating the complete details/information of the business invitation. - Sponsorship/Confirmation Letter from Company in Kuwait. - Confirmed flight ticket and hotel voucher(s) Note: If travelling to other Schengen areas/countries, flight and hotel vouchers for all destinations must be submitted. Applicant may be asked to submit the proof of payment. - For non-Kuwaiti nationals/GCC citizens. Original Up-to-date Salary bank account statement for the last 6 months and with sufficient balance.
