Required documents: Industry – Construction: - Visa application form completed and signed. - Applicant’s passport required validity: two years. - Original criminal record certificate, apostilled, valid for six months. - Original birth certificate apostilled. - Medical certificate for infectious diseases (including HIV, syphilis, and hepatitis A, B, and C). Tests must be conducted within three months prior to submitting the application, with interpretation by a physician from an authorized institution in the country. A signed letter from the doctor explicitly stating that, based on the test results, the worker is fit for work and does not carry or suffer from any infectious disease. - Declaration of consent to fingerprinting, filled and signed. - Affidavit signed by the employee indicating that the employee understands the nature of the role he/she will be required to perform.
