Authorizes foreign nationals to engage in employment or paid work within Saint Lucia for each desired year of employment. Required for any non-CARICOM/OECS national seeking to work in the country.

Additional statutory fee tiers: EC$400 for a period not exceeding one month, EC$200 per 12-month period for unskilled workers, EC$300 per entry for commercial sales personnel/professionals. Holders of diplomatic, official, or service passports from all countries are exempt from Saint Lucia visa requirements and visa fees, regardless of the traveler's nationality.
