Type D Long-Stay Visa (D-01 Immigration / Permanent Residence)

Long-stay entry visa for foreigners who have already obtained an immigration permit from the State Migration Service, allowing entry to Ukraine to obtain a Permanent Residence Permit. Immigration permits cover spouses and close family of Ukrainian citizens, persons of Ukrainian origin, immigrant investors, highly qualified specialists needed by Ukraine, and other quota/non-quota categories.

Long-stay work visa for foreign employees of a registered representative office of a foreign company (D-08) or a foreign bank (D-09) in Ukraine. Unlike the general employment visa, eligibility is based on a Service Card issued to accredited representative-office staff rather than a work permit from the State Employment Service.
