Ukraine visa documents for Saudi applicants
No visa documents are needed for a short visit — Saudi citizens enter Ukraine with just a valid passport. If you apply for a longer-stay visa, these are the exact documents required, by visa type, from the official visa application centre.

- signed visa application form; - applicant’s valid passport/travel document; - 1 applicant’s photo (35 * 45 mm); - certificate of a person of Ukrainian descent issued by Ukraine’s National Committee on persons of Ukrainian descent or applicant’s statement on his Ukrainian origin along with supporting documents. If applicant’s family applies for this type of visa as well documents on their status and family relation to the applicant should be provided; - proof of medical/travel insurance to cover Ukraine and the period of stay (the policy should provide 30 000 euros or equivalent minimum coverage); All applicants, that apply through visa centers, should submit an insurance from Ukrainian insurance company that covers the treatment/observation and other issues related to COVID-19 (this should be written in the insurance document). This insurance does not exclude the visitors from the necessity of general insurance from any Saudi/Omani/Ukrainian company - proof of sufficient funds to cover the costs of stay (e.g. bank statement for 2 recent months, cash in Ukrainian hryvnia/other convertible currency, bank cards along with current/savings account balance statements provided the bank cards can be cashed in Ukraine, hotel/accommodation booking, letter from the applicant’s employer/sponsor confirming their coverage of applicant’s expenses in Ukraine, a return/transit ticket etc); Please note that applicants might be asked for additional documents by Ukraine’s visa officers (e.g. return flight tickets and other documents confirming applicants’ circumstances (to be defined by Ukraine’s visa officers of the relevant Embassy/Consulate General).
