Visa application containing any fake/invalid document will lead to visa denial. - Air ticket reservation itineraries are to be printed on travel agent/airlines letter head or printed from the website. Issued to foreign nationals holding diplomatic, official, or service passports traveling to Lithuania on official government business, including accredited diplomats and their dependents.

Schengen Type C Visa (Medical Treatment Purpose)

Short-stay Schengen C visa issued for the purpose of receiving medical treatment in Lithuania; uses the same instrument as tourist/business visits.

National Long-Stay Visa Type D / Schengen C - Seasonal Work

Non-EU nationals coming to Lithuania for temporary seasonal employment (e.g. agriculture, food processing, hospitality) tied to a seasonal work permit issued by the Employment Service.

Seasonal work permits are granted for a maximum of 6 months in any 12-month period. A Schengen C visa is used for seasonal stays up to 90 days; a national long-stay D visa for longer seasonal stays. The prospective employer notifies the local Employment Service (uzt.lt) of the vacancy and applies for the permit, which is issued within 7 working days; the corresponding national long-stay visa is issued within about 15 days. Managers, specialists, or trainee employees of a company established outside the EU who are transferred to a group branch, subsidiary, or parent company in Lithuania.

Young citizens (typically aged 18-30, up to 35 for Canada) of countries holding a bilateral youth-mobility agreement with Lithuania, to travel and take up temporary employment for up to 12 months.
