Three-Year Investor Permit

Allows non-citizens who have an approved business investment project (under FJD 500,000) approved by the Fiji Trade and Investment Bureau (FTIB) to reside in Fiji as investors.

Allows non-citizens aged 45 and over with a guaranteed foreign income or sufficient offshore assets to reside in Fiji long-term without taking up local employment (Fiji's de facto retirement permit).

Special Purpose Permit (Yacht Owners and Crew)

Allows non-citizens who are yacht owners or crew to reside aboard their yacht while in Fijian waters.

Exemption Status for Spouse of a Fiji Citizen

Allows a foreign national legally married to a Fiji citizen to enter, reside and study in Fiji without a separate visitor, student or residence permit.
