In case the visa application is lodged through a representative a Power of Attorney including applicant’s and representative’s signature must be provided. The representative’s signature on further requested documents is therefore legally effective. Important: Wrong statements by the applicant or submission of falsified or forged documents result in the refusal of the visa application.
