Incomplete visa forms/insufficient/false documents may result in visa rejection or possible delay. - Additional Online Applications should be downloaded and filled in by Nationals of Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and applicants of Pakistan origin as applicable. - Application form( www.indianvisaonline.gov.in (https://indianvisaonline.gov.in) ) - 2 Photographs of size 2 inch x 2 inch in white background - 2 copies of Passport Bio page Copy of ID card - Original passport with a minimum validity of 6 months and at least 2 blank pages - Invitation letter from company in India - Letter from Thai organization with affixed company seal (specifying the purpose of the visit) - Return flight bookings - Clearance from the Ministry of external affairs/ Nodal Ministry/ The ministry of home affairs - Reference letter (completed in black ink) in case of non – thai national - Hotel bookings in India (if available) Please note: Countries that must have a bank statement attached with the document are listed below: Nigeria, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Russia, Armenia, Tajikistan, Belarus, Turkmenistan, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan

Also applicants will need to provide document evidence of their stay in India (Hotel Booking or Invite letter if staying with friend/family). - All Thai applicants intending to apply for Tourist Visa to India at VFS, India Visa Application Centre Bangkok Thailand are requested to apply at least 5 days before their travel date to help us serve you better. - All Foreign Nationals applying for Tourist Visa to India are advised to apply at least 8 days in advance from their date of travel. Applicants and Travel agents are requested to strictly follow above instructions. - Copy of TAZKARA (Afghanistan passport holder) - Any other supporting documents. This is not intended to be a complete list of documents that may be needed. Embassy officer reserves the right to ask for additional documents post submission of application.
