🇭🇹Haiti Visa for Timor-Leste Citizens2026 Requirements, Fees & Documents

Visa-free90 days max stay

No — Timor-Leste passport holders do not need a visa for Haiti. Entry is visa-free for up to 90 days as of 2026.

Haiti applies a default visa-free policy: every nationality enters for up to 90 days except the nine countries in the visa_required list (Dominican Republic, Panama, Colombia, Cuba, Syria, Libya, Iran, Vietnam, Yemen). A tourist fee of USD 10 is collected on arrival; passports must remain current for at least six months. The build expands this negation entry against visa_required.nationalities_iso3, so it excludes only Haiti and those nine. Source: https://www.haiti.org/tourist-visa/ (verified 2026-07)
