Posted Worker (Detache) Residence Permit - Business Established Outside the EU

Allows third-country nationals posted to Luxembourg by a service-provider business established outside the EU to stay and work for the duration of the service posting.

Fee is EUR 80 (approx. USD 87). Distinct from the intra-corporate transfer (ICT) permit. The posting employer must first obtain an authorisation for collective posting; the worker must hold a permanent contract active for at least 6 months and obtain a temporary authorisation to stay from the General Department of Immigration.
