For citizens of Ukraine and permanent residents legally residing on the territory of Ukraine who wish to apply for an Official Delegation visa category following documents are required:

• For pensioners: Pension certificate.
• For students: Student card.
• Financial documents (at least one must be submitted).
• The financial document of the applicant has to prove the amount of at least EUR 70 per person per day. If the hotel is fully prepaid or the sponsorship provided, in this case the applicant should prove the amount at least 30 euro per day per person.

• For foreign citizens:
• Valid residence permit (copy of both sides). Has to be valid for at least 3 months beyond the departure from the territory of Croatia.
• In case the holder has applied for the renewal of the proof of legal residence he will be requested to submit such document.
• For minors (age under 18):
• Birth certificate.

For citizens of Ukraine and permanent residents legally residing on the territory of Ukraine who wish to apply for a Tourist visa category following documents are required:

IMPORTANT: To obtain the Croatian visa for a minor child, endorsed in the passport of a parent who has a valid Schengen visa, this parent has to obtain a visa to Croatia for both applicants - the child and the parent in whose passport the child is endorsed.

• If an applicant is not a citizen of Ukraine he needs to submit a Letter of Guarantee (JAMSTVENO PISMO PRAVNA OSOBA (PDF checklist ↗)) with the guarantor's signature on the letter of guarantee and document providing its liquidity (BON1/BON2) or certificate of the Commercial Court that no liquidation proceedings have been initiated.
• If an applicant is a citizen of Ukraine - Invitation from the host company (according to art. 4 (1) (b) of the VFA) containing the following information: name and surname of the applicants, date of birth, gender, citizenship, number of the international passport, time and purpose of journey, number of entries and name of minor children accompanying the invited person if there are. Also the invitation should contain the data about inviting legal person, company or organization: full name, address, name and position of the person who signs the request.
• If the inviting person is a legal person or company or an office or a branch of such legal person or company established in the territory of a Member State - the registration number is required by the national law of the Member State concerned.

For citizens of Ukraine and permanent residents legally residing on the territory of Ukraine who wish to apply for a Business visa category following documents are required:

For citizens of Ukraine and permanent residents legally residing on the territory of Ukraine who wish to apply for Participation in Conferences, Forums, Exhibitions and Seminars visa category following documents are required:

• If an applicant is a family member of EU/EEA or Swiss citizens (according to Directive 2004/38/EC) - Proof of kinship and a copy of the residence permit in Croatia.
