🇺🇬Uganda Visa for British Citizens2026 Requirements, Fees & Documents
British passport holders can apply online for a Uganda e-Visa before travel. Unlike an eTA, this is an actual visa — just issued digitally — so no embassy visit is needed for eligible short-term visits. Eligibility and covered purposes vary, so check the conditions below.
UK nationals are not on Uganda's visa-exempt list (Africanews/official March 2026 announcement explicitly excludes the UK, US and EU) and must obtain Uganda's mandatory pre-travel e-visa online at visas.immigration.go.ug before travel; no visa on arrival. Single-entry tourist visa USD 50, valid up to 90 days (verified 2026-07).
