Business Visa

ASEAN-China / Lancang-Mekong Multiple-Entry Business Visa
Long-validity multiple-entry visa for eligible business personnel (and accompanying spouse/children) travelling under the ASEAN-China and Lancang-Mekong Cooperation frameworks.
- Special multiple-entry business visa issued under the ASEAN-China and Lancang-Mekong Cooperation frameworks: USD 600, up to 180 days stay per visit, valid 5 years.
- Restricted to eligible business personnel and accompanying spouse/children.
- Embassy/consulate-issued (not e-Visa or visa on arrival).
- Fee and terms per the official Myanmar Consulate General (Los Angeles) visa fee schedule; this is a reciprocal regional-cooperation facilitation category (member states of the ASEAN-China Free Trade Area and the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation issue equivalent visas to each other's business travellers).
- Distinct from the standard Business Visa, whose multiple-entry option maxes out at 1 year validity.
Transit Visa

- Requires a sponsorship/invitation letter from a recognized Myanmar meditation centre, monastery, or Sayadaw plus approval from the Ministry of Religious Affairs (approval can take 2-4 months); embassy processing thereafter is roughly 5-7 business days.
- Extendable in-country at the Immigration Department (up to 1 year per extension).
