Visa-free for up to 30 days for nationals of African Union member states under Togo's visa-exemption decree adopted by the Council of Ministers on 26 May 2026 (effective 18 May 2026), which exempts nationals of all African states from an entry visa for stays of up to 30 days. An online travel declaration at voyage.gouv.tg must be completed at least 24 hours before arrival and the resulting travel slip presented at border checkpoints; ECOWAS members instead retain their 90-day visa-free privilege.
