Permits transit through Peru's territory or international airport areas for passengers continuing to a third country.

Since January 22, 2025 (DS 004-2025-RE), a transit visa is required for third-country nationals transiting Peru who are not already exempt from the tourist/business visa. Nationals who are visa-exempt for tourist/business entry are also exempt from the transit visa requirement. Must be applied for at a Peruvian consulate abroad. Transit without visa (TWOV) is not available for those who require a visa.
