- Application form filled in online (before printing the application, please press SUBMIT). Information filled in the application form should have an appropriate proof. - Please be kindly informed that beginning from June 2, 2025, the applicants must fill in their application forms via the following link migracija.lt (migracija.lt), the applicant should choose the option "For foreigners", find his nationality, to get or extend Schengen visa, and proceed with other steps until the application form. Children from 12 to 18 years old must be present during document submission. - Foreign citizens should provide the proof of their legal stay in Armenia: residence permit, stamp of registration, which must be valid at least 3 months after the intended return from EU member states. - Documents indicating the purpose of the journey.(proof of accommodation) - hotel booking (personal data of the applicant, name of hotel, address and number of guests must be mentioned) - Ticket reservation (personal data of the applicant and flight details must be mentioned) - If you are planning to enter the other Schengen state, you must provide airplane/transport means ticket and proof of accommodation. - Travel medical insurance. (personal data of the applicant, dates of the journey, the area and sum (30 000 €/ 50 000$) of coverage must be mentioned). All the information must correspond to the information in the passport. If the insurance is not done online, it should be with stamp and signature. - Job reference (Employment letter, issued not earlier than a month ago, on the company blank with full attributes of the company, including the job title, dates of employment, salary and dates of vacation and preservation of job on return - Pension book/certificate (photo existence is mandatory in the pension book) - Documents indicating that the applicant possesses sufficient means of subsistence both for the duration of the intended stay and for the return to his country of origin or residence, or for the transit to a third country into which he is certain to be admitted - Bank reference/statement (for the last 3 months) or appropriate documents from the third part with the obligation to cover all expenses related to the journey. If there is no relation between the applicant and sponsor, then the sponsorship letter is required. The sponsorship letter is desirable for husband/ wife/ underage children. - Copy of valid and old passports- all pages that contain personal data, stamps and visas, and other notes) - For minors who travel without parents or with one parent only: - Birth certificate - Marriage certificate of parents / Paternity acknowledgement certificate/Divorce certificate - Notarized consent (translated and confirmed by the notary) from parents if the child is travelling alone or with one parent only. At least one parent must be present while submitting the documents. - If the documents of minor is submitting the third part (except parents and legal guardian), then the power of attorney with appropriate points is required based on which they can apply in the Visa Application Centre. It is not mandatory for children under 12 years to be present while submitting the documents, they are exempted from giving biometric data. - It is preferable to provide relatives’ passport copies of all pages with notes. - Additional documents: real estate certificate, marriage certificate, birth certificate, etc. - Documents of co-travelers must also be presented while applying. - Consular fee is 35 €, except for Denmark which is 90 €. Additionally, the Consulate can require other documents, supporting the information mentioned in the application or had during the interview. NOTE: All the documents (that are not in English) should have English translations either notarized or confirmed by translation offices. All references are valid a month.
