Checklist – Tourism For all types of visa applications, the following are the basic documents are required: - Application Form ( 14A ) duly completed and signed by the applicant. Form 14A is also downloadable from: www.ica.gov.sg (ica.gov.sg ↗) - 2 recent passport sized colour photographs with white background. - Passport and a photocopy of passport (pages showing personal details and the validity). (Letter of invitation issued by Royal Embassy of Singapore in Saudi Arabia to be duly attested by Ministry of Foreign affairs (Wazart Kharjiah). The Embassy will not accept invitation letter from hotels, travel agencies, airlines and travel and tour offices. - Official translation of the documents are required if they are not in the English Language. - Visa processing fee BHD 8 per application (non-refundable) Note: - The applicant and the local contact may be required to furnish additional documents and information whenever necessary. - Incomplete/illegible forms and /or documents submitted may result in the application being rejected or the processing delayed. - Every application for a visa will be considered on its own merits. - Possession of a visa does not guarantee entry into Singapore. Visitors must also meet entry requirements such as holding a valid passport, sufficient funds for the period of stay in Singapore and complete travel itinerary. - All documents must be submitted on A4 size paper only. - Applications without a Letter of Invitation (V39A) (PDF checklist ↗) without a mentioned of NRIC number will not be accepted.
