If the host organizes or guarantees accommodation itself, the invitation must contain information about the place of residence (name and address of the hotel, hostel or other place of residence), as well as the exact period of time during which the host guarantees or organizes accommodation. If the invitation involves several trips, it is allowed to provide data only for the first trip.

The invitation can be presented in original on paper, or in the form of a facsimile copy or a printed scan of the original document.

Please note: If the customer wishes to present the invitation in the form of a facsimile copy or scan, then a document with the original signature and stamp must always be used for faxing or scanning. Documents with scanned signatures or stamps inserted are not accepted.
