touristBusiness Visit

The following documentation is required when applying for a visa: - Application form duly completed and signed by the applicant. For children under the age of 18 years old, application form must also be signed by both parents. - One recent color photo (size 35mmx45mm with white or very light background) and the head measuring 70 - 80% of the photo. - Valid passport (valid for at least 3 months beyond the last day of the intended stay in the Schengen area). - 1 Copy of passport’s bio-data page and address page. For non-Indonesians, please also provide copy of residence permit in Indonesia (KITAS/KIMS/KITAP) with validity of minimum 6 months. - Copy of pages with changes/endorsements, pages with previous or valid visas to the Schengen area, UK, USA, Canada, and Australia issued for the past 3 years – including entry and exit stamps - Invitation letter from the Danish counterpart stating purpose and duration of visit(-s) as well as previous business contacts. The Danish counterpart shall also forward the invitation letter preferably by e-mail to the embassy. The letter from employer and the invitation letter from the Danish counterpart shall correspond regarding duration of visit(-s) with the confirmed travel itinerary. - Employment letter stating the applicant’s job function and duration of employment as well as the purpose and duration of the visit(-s), financial cover of the visit, short company profile, etc. If the applicant is self-employed or owns a company, the company registration (i.e. SIUP, TDP, NPWP) must be included as confirmation to the effect that the applicant has been granted leave for the period corresponding to the stay in Schengen and is expected to report back on duty. - Recent cpersonal bank statement and/or copy of balance over the last three months. Personal credit card may also be presented as supportive documentation for proof of financial means. As an applicant, you must have the necessary means to pay for your stay and return trip. What will be considered as necessary funds will be determined by the Embassy and depends on the length of your stay, and whether you will stay at a hotel or with friends or family. As a general rule, you must have at your disposal approx. DKK 350 (IDR 850,000) per day. A smaller amount may be accepted if you are staying in a private home and your host will cover all costs. If you are staying at a hotel, the amount must be greater, approx. DKK 500 (IDR 1,250,000) per day. - Original or copy print-out of confirmed flight-booking from travel agent/airline. It should prove that the stay in the Schengen area does not exceed 90 days. The Embassy strongly advises all applicants not to buy their ticket before the Embassy has confirmed that their visa will be issued. Please note that upon collection of the visa you may be required to show the original ticket/e-ticket. - Copy of Family Card and Marriage Certificate. - Original or copy print-out of confirmed flight-booking from travel agent/airline. It should prove that the stay in the Schengen area does not exceed 90 days. The signature(s) should be legalized/notarized. This letter will specify the authorization for travelling as well as the motive of the journey and the minor should at all times during the journey carry this authorization on him or her.
