For all visa types, unless otherwise stipulated by legislation or international treaties of Ukraine, the following documents are to be submitted: Private visa (visiting relatives/friends) - Application for a visa. - Original invitation document (and photocopy thereof): An authenticated invitation by a notary public in Ukraine of a Ukrainian national, foreigner or stateless person who legally resides in a temporary or permanent residence in Ukraine.
