- Valid travel document (Passport) - the validity period of the travel document in which the visa is entered must be at least three months longer than the validity period of the visa. - One color photo, size 35 x 45 mm, - Proof of the purpose of stay in Montenegro (letter of guarantee from a natural person or letter of invitation from a legal entity, state authority in Montenegro or organizer of an international meeting or event), - Proof of possession of means of support (certificate or other proof of bank account balance or other appropriate confirmation of possession of means or regular income, as well as cash, traveller's cheque, credit cards, etc. A foreigner is considered to have means of support if he or she has financial means in the amount of at least 50.00 euros for each day of the requested stay). - Proof of health insurance, - Proof of payment of consular fee (ICR issued by VFS). - The applicant may also submit other evidence on the basis of which the justification of the visa application can be assessed: - Proof of secured accommodation (certificate of paid tourist arrangement, hotel or other accommodation reservation), - Proof of means of travel or intention to return to the country from which he comes or to a third country (return ticket, traffic and driving license).

For the purpose of performing service in foreign diplomatic and consular missions and representative offices of international organizations accredited in Montenegro: - Valid travel document - the validity period of the travel document in which the visa is entered must be at least three months longer than the validity period of the visa, - One color photo, size 35 x 45 mm, - Proof of the purpose of stay in Montenegro (verbal note from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country in whose diplomatic and consular mission the foreigner will perform service, or a corresponding act of the international organization, containing: name and surname, date and place of birth of the foreigner; number, type and date of expiry of the foreign travel document; function to be performed in that mission; name and surname of the person who previously held that function; name and surname of a member of the foreigner's immediate family, indicating the relationship; number, type and date of expiry of the foreign travel document of the immediate family member; approximate date of arrival and commencement of the function, and duration of the mandate or function.

For the purpose of performing service in foreign diplomatic and consular missions and representative offices of international organizations accredited in Montenegro: - Valid travel document- the validity period of the travel document in which the visa is entered must be at least three months longer than the validity period of the visa, - One color photo, size 35 x 45 mm, - Proof of the purpose of stay in Montenegro (a note from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country in whose diplomatic and consular representation the applicant will serve or official letter from an international organization in which she/he will work, including name and surname, date and place of birth of the applicant; number, type and date of expiry of the foreign travel document; the position she/he will perform in that representative office; the name and surname of the person who previously covered that position, the name and surname of a member of the foreigner's close family, indicating the relationship; the number, type and date of expiry of the foreign travel document of a member of the immediate family; approximate date of arrival and assumption of position, and the duration of the mandate). - Proof of payment of the consular fee - As well as other evidence on the basis of which the justification of the visa application can be assessed. - Optionally, proof that the person has not been convicted of any criminal offense in the country of origin or the country where he/she resided for more than a year before arriving in Montenegro can be attached (this document is mandatory when submitting an application for a work and residence permit to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the regional unit of the Police Administration in the city where the stay in Montenegro is planned).
