Please refer to the Information leaflet below before submitting your application; this will minimize chances of rejection of your Visa Application due to incorrect or inadequate documents. important notice: For other than Lebanese, kindly note that applicants can apply through our center with a valid annual residence permit in Lebanon only. Instructions for applicants below 18 years - For all children below 18years, both parents need to be present at the Visa Application Centre to sign the VIDEX form. Children below 12years do not need to be present. - In case one parent is out of the country during the application process, a signed official authorization form and passport copy with exit stamps from Lebanon must be provided to complete the process. - All applicants below 18 years, travelling alone or with one parent must submit a signed official letter of consent or authorization form and (from the notary) passport copy of the parent not travelling. In order to submit your application, please appear in person at your appointment. If you have already received a Schengen visa within the last 59 months and your fingerprints have been collected, you can authorize a third party to submit the application documents.
