Russian Law on Data Protection - According to the Federal law of the Russian Federation №152-ФЗ “On personal data” all applicants should sign “The agreement on processing personal data”. Be informed that filled form must be presented any time you submit documents in visa center. Before submission, kindly go through below requirement to ensure that you have fully completed the necessary document: - 1 Completed visa application form 14 A (Applicant below 14 years old, form to be signed by one of the parents) - 1 recent passport-size photograph (3.5 x 4.5 cm) - * Image must be taken within the last 3 months. All applicants are required to demonstrate their legal status in Russia at the point of application. Russian citizens should produce their internal passports. Other nationals should produce proof of legal presence in Russia (i.e. valid visa/work permit/residency card). - Written Authorisation Form (https://assets.ctfassets.net/xxg4p8gt3sg6/7l5xfWd9U88gNzpH7ArLPZ/73e85614ee85705defa2e46f0ad5d286/letter-of-authorisation-feb-2022.pdf) (for applications submitted through a representative). Applicants who submit their applications through a representative are required to sign a written authorisation form. The representative must submit the duly completed form as part of the visa application. The applicant should provide a reason why he/she is unable to submit the application in person. - Letter of employment indicating position and monthly salary - Letter from educational institute - Copy of certificate of incorporation of the company (for individual entrepreneurs and LLC owners) - Letter of invitation from Singapore company (for business travelers) - Latest bank statement (dated within last 60 days) with actual bank stamp (not online version). Applicants who are individual entrepreneurs and LLC owners may provide their company’s bank statement in lieu of personal statement. Applicants who are being sponsored should submit proof of sponsorship and sponsor’s bank statement. - To apply for the visa with several entries, documents for each planned entry in your trip should be provided. Important Note: The validity of the entry visa issued is subject to the authority and discretion of the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority of Singapore (ICA). Possession of a visa does not entitle a foreigner to enter Singapore automatically. The grant of a visit pass to foreign visitor is determined by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) at the Singapore checkpoints and each case is considered on its own merits.
