Singapore's ICA publishes a list of countries/territories whose nationals REQUIRE a visa; all other passport holders are visa-exempt. The ICA page states that holders of passports/travel documents NOT from visa-required countries do not need a visa. Stay duration (14, 30, or 90 days) is determined by the Visit Pass issued at the checkpoint. Visa-required countries as of June 2026: Afghanistan, Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Belarus, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Egypt, Georgia, India, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Moldova, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Yemen. Additionally, holders of refugee travel documents, alien's passports, Palestinian Authority passports, UAE temporary passports, Hong Kong SAR Document of Identity, Macao SAR Travel Permits, and PRC Travel Documents require visas.
