- Passport or travel document with validity not less than 6 months and contain at least ONE completely empty visa page. - Completed and signed application form - Photo One copy of 2 inch size photo - Valid Taiwan ID card or Residency visa - Confirmed Round trip air ticket - Proof of accommodation in Thailand (for the first visit) - Financial Evidence - Individual travelers: copy of bank statements and passbooks with detailed deposit records for the past 6 months (updated no longer than 1 day before the submission date showing a deposit of the amount equal to and not less than NTD$200,000) - Family members travelling together: copy of bank statements and passbooks with detailed deposit records for the past 6 months (updated no longer than 1 day before the submission date showing a deposit of the amount equal to and not less than NTD$ 400,000) *one bank account can be used for the whole immediate family. - Employment details - Letter confirming their employment details with the company letter head, The employment letter must be addressed to the Thailand Trade and Economic Office, signed by an authorized person and affixed the company seal (validity of the letter is one month) and copy of the company's license with the original signature of the company's authorized person and the original company seal. - Letter confirming students status.
