Grants visa-free admission for an initial stay of 1 year to the foreign spouse and children (regardless of age) of a Filipino or former Filipino citizen, provided they are nationals of a country covered by Executive Order No. 408 and are travelling together with the Balikbayan - the privilege is denied if they arrive separately. Stay may be extended for an additional 1, 2, or 6 months at a Bureau of Immigration office. Foreign spouses/children who are nationals of visa-required countries are not covered and must secure an entry visa before travel.
