Applicants can submit their application through a third party via authorization letter without being present at the VFS in person. Copy of ID must be provided from the third party together with Authorization Letter. The following basic documents are required for all types of visa applications. - Duly completed and signed (Form 14A) (Any incomplete form or false declaration will result in the application being delayed or rejected respectively.) - Original Passport (must have at least 6 months’ validity from the intended date of entry.) - Photocopies of bio data page of the applicants passport - Photocopies of valid Thai visa and arrival stamp, Schengen member countries, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand in the passport - Two recent passport sized coloured photograph of the applicant - Originals and Photocopies of the Thai Work Permit + Company Letter - Originals and Photocopies of the Thai Permanent Resident Book - Photocopies of confirm Air-tickets and Hotel Booking The following additional documents are required to be submitted with the type of application as indicated below: - For Business Visit - Letter from applicants employer - An invitation letter from Singapore Registered company - A computer printout of the Singapore registered company’s detailed business profile - For Social Visit - Photocopies of local contact’s Singapore Identity card - For Medical Treatment - Supporting letter furnished by the hospital stating the purpose of visa application and the applicant’s medical history.
