Singapore's ICA publishes a list of countries/territories whose nationals REQUIRE a visa; all other passport holders are visa-exempt. The ICA page states that holders of passports/travel documents NOT from visa-required countries do not need a visa. Stay duration (14, 30, or 90 days) is determined by the Visit Pass issued at the checkpoint. If applicant is a dependent: Salary Certificate or the Letter from Company as applicable for the UAE Visa sponsor of the dependent. For Minor’s NOC letter signed by both parents is required along with Passport Copy and UAE Visa Copy. - Flight Booking (round-trip); Flight Reservation (Provisional or Confirmed) to be provided at the time of Visa Application - Accommodation Non-residential accommodation, such as hotel (in this non-exhaustive list) or serviced apartment covering full stay in Singapore.
